The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is Australia's largest professional general practice organisation.
I lead a 4 week discovery sprint with the in-house RACGP team and high-level stakeholders to understand and scope out future changes to their portals and App.
How
The engagement was to understand and implement changes to the way GP’s would earn points for compulsory annual training. We also looked at the product holistically and addressed pain points that had previously been collected internally. Some of the tasks I conducted were;

At the completion of the discovery sprint we presented concepts to high-level stakeholders that enabled Transpire to continue the engagement to elaborate and rollout the new designs for both the portal and App.
I was also included on the team that was responsible for the rollout and elaboration of the new designs.
